NavyYellow provides high-end digital services, including branding design, motion graphics, SEO, UI/UX, 3D design, marketing, and video editing. When you work with us, you’re not just hiring a freelancer—you get a full digital team dedicated to bringing your brand vision to life.
How does the subscription model work, and what’s included?
Our subscription model is based on allocated work hours:Half-month plan ($5,000): 100 hoursFull-month plan ($10,000): 200 hoursThe full amount is paid upfront, and the subscription is non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, if you haven’t used at least half of your allocated hours, we will roll over the remaining hours to the next month at no extra cost.
Do I have to start my subscription on the 1st of the month?
No, your subscription can start on any date that suits you. We tailor our billing cycle to match your start date, ensuring you get the full value of your plan.
How are payments and invoices handled?
Invoices are calculated and issued in U.S. dollars, and all payments must be made upfront before work begins. We provide detailed invoices and breakdowns for full transparency. However, we can issue invoices in other currencies too (CAD, EUR, GBP, and others).
Who owns the rights to the work created?
NavyYellow retains the copyright for all work unless the client purchases the source and project files for an additional fee. This ensures exclusivity and flexibility based on client needs.
Can I request revisions or additional work during my subscription?
Yes! Since you have a full team working on your project, you can request unlimited revisions within your allocated hours. If additional work is needed beyond your plan, we can discuss extending your subscription or creating a custom solution.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on project complexity, but with our structured subscription model, you receive dedicated focus from our entire team, ensuring fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
